Nous utiliserons cet engin incroyable, le foam roller pour ex\u00e9cuter les diff\u00e9rents mouvements de base de la m\u00e9thode. La respiration sera au coeur de notre pratique et portera chacune de nos intentions. Un geste juste au service du corps qui respire et s&rsquo;accompli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, nous utiliserons les balles \u00e0 picots pour venir d\u00e9tendre en profondeur le dos.
